Brighton by the Beach was opened in March 2008 with the goal of creating a home away from home like haven for our guests!

We are located a 20minute bus ride from the bright lights of the city center in the beach suburb of New Brighton. We offer a different perspective of Christchurch whether it’s chilling on the beach, surfing, golf, walking along the Avon, or taking in the sounds of the sea on the back deck. We offer single, double and ensuite rooms to suit all types of travelers at competitive rates.

At your request we will have a rental car ready for you upon your arrival at Christchurch airport.
