Booking and Cancellation Policy

Room Bookings

All room bookings will require your credit card details though no charges will be made until you arrive or upon failure to provide 24 hours cancellation notice.

Room cancellations must be done prior to 24 hours before arrival.

Package Bookings

All package bookings must be paid in full upon reservation.

Package cancellation must be done prior to 48 hours before arrival.

Payment will be deducted from your credit card upon reservation.
